Our story
We’re Ken and Jessica! We’ve spent a good portion of our lives opening and running restaurants for other people and have worked alongside some amazing chefs and pitmasters. In May of 2020, we took the jump into opening our first restaurant, County Smoak. It was a wild time to be opening a restaurant, but thankfully we’ve been growing ever since!
